Go to https://www.adobe.com
Go to Click 'Sign In' at the top right of the web page. Enter your netID@duke.edu in the email address field (ex. Jane123@duke.edu) and click 'Continue'. Disregard the options to continue with Google, Facebook or Apple. Please note, your full Duke email address will not work for this step (ex. John.doe@duke.edu will not work) Click 'Company or School Account'. Download pCloud - Free Cloud Storage for Windows 10 for Windows to bring your entire digital collection of photos, videos and other files with your wherever you go with pCloud.

You will be redirected to the Duke Authentication page. Enter your netID and password to log in.
You should now be redirected to your Creative Cloud account.
Note: You can download apps under 'Desktop Apps.' You may need to log in with the same Enterprise ID process above to activate and license applications once they are installed. Please note, currently, Creative Cloud accounts at Duke do not include access to mobile or web apps/services. They are for the desktop apps only.
If you have a Creative Cloud account, and when attempting to download software from adobe.com you are being asked to purchase something to continue, first download the Creative Cloud Desktop App: http://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/desktop-app.html. Once the app is installed, log in, and you should be able to download software from within that app.

- 2 If your computer asks you to allow changes to be made click 'Yes'.
- 3 The installer will automatically open when the download is complete.
